Kate Farquharson

Kate Farquharson is a photographic artist based in Sydney’s Inner West. Kate grew up on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales in the country town of Kempsey and studied a Bachelor of Arts (English Literature & History)/Fine Art (Photomedia Honours) 2007-2011 at the College Of Fine Art (COFA)/University of New South Wales, Sydney.

 

Her works revolve primarily around identity, memory and family.

 

Since settling in Sydney in 2011 she has been involved in the Sydney live music scene.

 

Kate is currently taking headshots and promotional photos for unsigned Sydney bands and artists. Please contact for information on rates/packages.

 

Kate is the co-founder and creative director of creative design brand Honey's Dead.

 

She also plays in Sydney band Bruise Pristine.
